Combining Two Pictures

We are going to combine 2 pictures into 1.  We want to take somebody out of the background of one picture.  Coach Gagnon got in the middle of a great picture of the school.  We want to take him out of the picture.

Save these 2 pictures.  Remember - Right Click - Save Picture As.

1. Open the file named school first in Paint.NET.

2. Remember - >Locate the file  >Right Click the File  >Open With  >Paint.NET

3. You should press F7 to bring up the layers window.

4. Now click >Layers >Import from file. 

5. Locate the file named coach.  Click Open.

6. Now you should have two layers. 

7. Make sure coach: Background is blue.

8. Take out your eraser and erase Coach Gagnon. 

9. Now the 2 pictures aren't aligned very well.  Lets line them up.

10. Can you see the lines here that shouldn't be here. 

11. Use the move selection tool to move and line up the pictures. 

12. Here is the final product.
