This is your camera in Blender.  We need to get the camera in the right position.

  1. Press the F12 key.    This is the button at the top of the keyboard.  This button takes a picture from the camera.  Your picture will pop up in another window.  The camera does not see all of your castle.  We need to move the camera.

  2. Click on the triangles next to model.

  3. Click on Material.

  4. You are now looking at 3 different views of the castle.  Keep reading for a description.

  5. Look at camera view.  Do you see the dotted lines?  The camera takes a picture of whatever is in the dotted lines.

  6. Right Click on the camera so it turns pink.

  7. Use your mouse wheel and zoom out of the Top View so you see more of the castle.  Place your mouse in the Top View window.  Press the G KEY and move your mouse away from the castle.

  8. Keep moving your camera in Front View and Top View until your camera is in a good place to see most of the castle.

  9. Do you see how dark the castle is?  We need more light.

  10. Right click on the light so it turns pink.

  11. Over on the right side of the screen click sun.

It is getting better.  Go to Page 5
