Scenes and Different Parts

MLCAD is able to do tons of different things.  During this lesson you are going to explore MLCAD and create a scene with a house, plants, and driveway.

1. First thing is the drive way.

2. Start up MLCAD.

3. Click on the plus sign next to baseplate.

4. There many different baseplates to choose from.  I chose one that was a driveway. You can pick any baseplate you would like.

5. This is what mine looks like. 

6. Now build a shack, house, cardboard box, or some kind of shelter.  I use bricks to build.  You can use any variety of parts to build with.

7. Here is what I built. 

8. Now it is time for the extra things.

9. Click on the plus sign next to Other Parts.

10. You will see an alphabetical list of parts to look at. 

11. With in these letters are tons of things to look at.  For example under the letter P you will find plants.  Under the letter G you would find glass.  Under the letter T you would find tractor parts.

12. Use all the different parts to fill in your scene.
