Check your volume settings. Click on the speaker on
the bottom right hand speaker. 
This is a quick way to check your volume settings.
Now try right clicking on the speaker.
Click Open Volume Control.
Check out the first two boxes of volume. Make sure
they are both turned up over half way.
Now to check how hard your computer is running.
Hold down Ctrl and the Alt Key. While holding down those two keys press the Delete Key.
Click Task Manager.
Look at how many processes are running. I have 45
processes running and they are using 1% of my computer power.
I can then look at all the processes that are going on.
If I see any process or (image name) that looks suspicious I can go to google and search the name.
At google.com type the process you are interested in.
Check your Google results to find what the process does. It turns out that my process is fine.
