How to Change the Background in Microsoft Word
Also how to apply a watermark on a document.
Start Microsoft Word.

We will now change the background. Click Format
Click Background. It may not show at first. If
you don't see background click the two arrows at the bottom.

You have three options to work with.

If you play with more colors and fill effects you will learn how to use those 2 options. I'm going to focus on Printed Watermark.
A Printed Watermark is a faint picture that you can type on.
Click Printed Watermark.

Click the circle for Picture Watermark.

Click Select Picture.
Navigate to your picture and click insert.

Now your picture has been placed as a watermark. You can type on the picture.
Another way to simply make changes to how your letter appears.
Click Format.
Click Themes. ![]()
