How to Create an Agenda for a Meeting
This is for Dennis' Webelos Cub Scout Den

This is a small example of what we want to accomplish.

  1. Begin Microsoft Word.
  2. Center your title.
  3. I like changing the font to Comic Sans.  This is the area where you can change the font style and font size.
  4. Type in the name and then agenda.
  5. Click on right align.
  6. Type Date.
  7. Add a black line by holding the shift key and pressing the underline key on the keyboard.  It is next to the zero.
  8. Click Format and Paragraph.
  9. Sent line spacing to double.
  10. Type in your categories.
  11. Press enter one more time for blank line.  This will be a line for creating a list.
  12. Click Numbering.
  13. A number will appear.
  14. Now to change the appearance of the number.  Right click on the number 1.  The number 1 looks like this.
  15. Click Bullets and Numbering when the little menu pops up.
  16. Select your style and click ok.
  17. Hold shift and underline to create a line after the number.
  18. Press enter and a number 2 will show up automatically.
  19. You can create as many numbers as you would like.
