Borders and Page Borders
Open Microsoft Word.

Click File.
Click Page Setup. Sometimes you may not see Page
Setup. That means you have to click the 2 down arrows at the bottom.

Click the Layout Tab.

Set your vertical alignment to center.

Now click Borders. It's found towards the bottom of
the Page Setup Window. ![]()
In the tabs you have two options. Borders and Page
Borders. ![]()
Borders is for a small section of text. For example if you want to put a box around 2 - 15 lines of text.
Page Border puts a border around the entire page that you are printing.
Here is where you can set the Style, Color, Width, and Art.
If you select Borders you cannot select Art. If you choose Page Border
you can select art.
After you select your Border and click Ok you still may not see it on the page. Here is how to fix that.
Click View and Print Layout.

If you still can't see it you may have to change your zoom.
Click View and Zoom. 
Click Page Width.

Click Ok.
