1. Click Start. 

2. Put your mouse over All Programs. 

3. Click Microsoft Word. 

4. Locate your Drawing Toolbar. 

5. Look at AutoShapes.  Click it once.

6. A menu will pop up. 

7. Click on the AutoShape you would like to work with.

8. Whenever you see a box that says "Create Your Drawing Here."  Press the delete key on your keyboard. 

9. Then you can click and drag an AutoShape in Microsoft Word.

10. Sometimes you can easily start typing in an AutoShape like this call out. 

11. Sometimes you will have to add text like this AutoShape. 

12. Right Click on top of the AutoShape.

13. Click Add Text.
