Windows XP Restore Point
Windows XP has a way of going back in time. Lets say that on Monday your computer is working fine. Then on Tuesday you install a Scrabble Game. On Wednesday the Scrabble Game is making your computer run horribly. There is a way of restoring your computer back to Monday when the computer was working fine. The only drawback is that the ill performing game of Scrabble will be gone.
Here is how to find it:
Click Start.
Click All Programs.
Place your mouse over accessories.
Place your mouse over System Tools
Click System Restore![]()
Lets first check to see that System Restore is turned on.
Click System Restore Settings.

Here is a pleasant warning telling you that your documents
will not be affected.
If you click next your computer will restore and then restart the computer.
You could have also selected, "Create a Restore Point."
