1. Go to the website http://www.speedtest.net/

2. Be careful with clicking on advertisements.  Don't click on them.

3. Click on the pyramid closest to where you live. 

4. Here are the results. 

5. These numbers are much higher than what you will find at home.  Anything with greater than 100 is good.

1. Go to the website http://reviews.cnet.com/internet-speed-test/

2. Type in your area code. 

3. Choose your Internet Connection.  Most people are DSL. 

4. Click Go. 

5. Check out your results.
