Type in some information. Don't forget to press
enter to start the next line.
Go to object mode.
It should look like this.
Click on the blue arrow and move your text up past the line.
Press the I Key. It stands for Insert Key.
Click LocRot. 
Change this number to 121.
Click on the blue arrow and bring your text below the
camera. 
Press the I Key.
Click LocRot.
